These Terms govern your use of Mesomall websites, apps, and related services. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
Accounts
Provide accurate registration information and update it when it changes. We may suspend or close accounts that appear fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these Terms.
Orders and pricing
Product listings are invitations to order, not binding offers until we confirm. Prices are shown in IQD and may change without notice before you checkout. We may cancel orders for pricing errors, stock issues, suspected fraud, or shipping restrictions, and will refund any amount already charged.
Payment
Available payment methods are shown at checkout. By submitting payment you authorize the charge for the order total, including applicable fees. Chargebacks filed in bad faith may result in account restrictions.
Shipping and delivery
Delivery estimates are approximate. Risk of loss passes when the carrier receives the package unless local law says otherwise. You must provide a reachable phone number and accurate address for delivery attempts.
Returns and refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging, subject to product-specific rules on the product page. Refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Some items (perishables, personal-care seals broken, downloadable goods) are non-returnable.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse Mesomall: no scraping at abusive rates, no attempts to bypass security, no posting unlawful content in reviews, and no reselling inventory obtained through abuse of promotions.
Intellectual property
Mesomall branding, layout, and software are owned by Mesopo or its licensors. Product images and descriptions may be owned by brands or sellers. You may not copy or redistribute storefront content without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mesomall and Mesopo are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Iraq, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes should first be raised with support@mesomall.mesopo.net; unresolved disputes may be brought before competent courts in Erbil.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
