This policy explains what personal data Mesomall collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. By using Mesomall you agree to the practices described here.
Information we collect
Account details (name, email, password hash), order and shipping information, payment-related references from our processors, device and usage data (such as browser type and pages viewed), and messages you send to support. We do not store full card numbers on Mesomall servers.
How we use information
We use your data to create and secure your account, process orders and deliveries, prevent fraud, improve the storefront, send transactional emails (order updates, password resets), and — only if you opt in — occasional marketing about deals and new arrivals.
When we share information
We share data with payment providers, logistics partners, and infrastructure vendors solely to fulfill orders and run the service. We may disclose information when required by law or to protect Mesomall, our customers, or the public. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
Account and wishlist data stay until you delete your account or ask us to remove them. Order records are kept as long as needed for tax, accounting, and dispute resolution — typically up to seven years. Logs used for security are rotated on a shorter schedule.
Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data, or object to certain processing. Use Delete account in your profile settings, or email privacy@mesomall.mesopo.net. We will respond within 30 days.
Cookies and similar tech
We use essential cookies for sign-in and cart continuity, and limited analytics to understand which pages perform well. You can block non-essential cookies in your browser; essential cookies are required for checkout to work.
Security
We use HTTPS, hashed passwords, and access controls on production systems. No method of transmission is perfectly secure; please use a strong unique password for Mesomall.
